Specialized with Trevor Wye at the Royal Northern College of Music and got awarded in global concours, including the 1st prize in the America’s National Flute Association Competition. She participated in master classes presented by Marcel Moyse, William Bennette, Geoffrey Gilbert and Peter-Lukas Graf and learned much about world's flute industry and has been engaging in a wide variety of activities. After holding a post of professor for 17 years at the Royal Northern College of Music, she is now professor of flute in the Royal Academy of Music (London), while presenting her own seminar for these 15 years. In addition to collaborating with the London Symphonic Orchestra and appearing on TV and radio programs, her books including "Flute Aerobics" are listed in best seller.
